Data and Account Deletion
You can remove local data yourself and request deletion of an account, emailed calculator result, or contact record by email.
Local browser data
You can remove individual apartments in the app. Clearing all BytScore site data in your browser settings also removes local drafts and saved apartments; keep a copy of anything you need first. This does not delete your account or its server copies.
Requesting account-data deletion
Email contact@bytscore.cz from the address used for the account, calculator result, or contact form and specify which data you want deleted.
Which data a request covers
A request can cover account identity, server copies of apartments including records of their removal, report deliveries, and contact or pilot requests. Removing an apartment from the list alone does not erase every related record. Any legal grounds for further retention are assessed separately. A request does not remove browser data or messages independently retained by your email provider.
How a request is handled
Account or contact-record deletion is not automatic. The operator handles requests manually and may need to verify that the data is yours. Sending an email does not itself mean erasure is complete. To clarify a request's scope or status, use contact@bytscore.cz; this page does not promise immediate handling or limit your statutory rights.
