This describes the current beta. Local data and server copies are managed separately: clearing browser data does not itself delete your account or its server copies.
Controller and contact
The operator of BytScore is Nikita Grigoryev, IČO 21615608, DIČ CZ9602141329, Hraniční 166, 25065 Bořanovice, Czech Republic. For privacy questions, deletion requests, or operational questions, email contact@bytscore.cz.
Local browser data
The public calculator, unfinished input, and local shortlist can run only in your browser. Apartment inputs, the listing URL, local buyer profile, demo candidates, language, and theme may remain in local storage until you delete them.
Account sync and saved apartments
If you create an account or sign in, the server stores account identity, your selected use, and copies of apartments you submit for sync. An apartment copy may include its title, address, listing URL, apartment inputs, and a saved calculation including the financial planning inputs needed to restore the result on another device. The password is stored only as a security hash.
Early-access and contact requests
When you submit an early-access or contact form, we store the fields you provide, such as email, selected use, city or region, number of apartments reviewed per month, and a message, to handle and follow up on your enquiry. These fields are not used for the apartment calculation itself.
Report delivery and operational statistics
BytScore may record limited aggregate operational events, such as opening a report, export outcome, and basic steps in the public calculator. They do not include email, the original listing URL, apartment address, exact income, savings or debt, or free text. When an authenticated user explicitly sends a client report, the selected PDF, recipient email, optional name and message, consent record, and delivery status are processed only to carry out and evidence that requested delivery.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to deliver the requested calculator result, manage the related enquiry, provide account sync, saved-apartment and report workflows, security, support, beta feedback, and early-access communication. The legal bases are primarily performance of the requested service, legitimate interest, consent where needed, and applicable legal obligations.
How long data remains stored
Local data remains until you remove it in the app or browser settings. Accounts and their server copies do not expire automatically; you can request their erasure. Removing an apartment from the list does not erase all related server records. Contact and pilot requests have no age-based automatic deletion: records remain until manually erased. For client-report email delivery, the PDF, recipient email, optional name and message are deleted after a terminal delivery result; a scheduled task deletes pending content older than 24 hours after any in-flight attempt ends. Delivery status and the consent record, without message content, remain to document the send and have no automatic erasure period. You can request erasure of these records at contact@bytscore.cz.
Processors and security boundaries
The web interface runs on Vercel. The application server and managed PostgreSQL database run on Railway; WEDOS provides domain and DNS management. Reports and password-recovery emails are sent only when delivery through Resend or a secure mail server is enabled. Ask contact@bytscore.cz which service currently delivers emails. Paid valuation services, payment gateways, and advertising tracking are not part of the calculation.
Your rights and deletion
You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction by emailing contact@bytscore.cz. This also covers synced apartments, report delivery, and contact-request records. Beta deletion is handled manually, may require confirmation from the email used, and remains subject to applicable legal obligations.
