Questions before you rely on BytScore
BytScore is designed to be useful and conservative. These answers explain what it does, what it does not do, and what still needs professional verification.
Is BytScore a professional valuation?+
No. BytScore gives a preliminary result from the details you enter. It does not replace a valuation, legal review, technical inspection, mortgage advice, or tax advice.
Why is there no single score when buying a home?+
One number would hide the difference between price, monthly costs, and risks. We show the actual costs, cash needed, and checks instead.
Does the calculator need login?+
No. The calculator and browser-only saving work without sign-in. An account is useful for backup and continuing on another device.
Can BytScore load a listing from Sreality?+
It can try to load data from a public listing link. These values only prefill the form and must be checked before calculation.
Do I need to know the expected rent?+
Only when buying to rent out. For your own home, rent is not requested and does not affect the result.
What should I verify before deciding?+
Verify price, area, building fees, apartment and building condition, ownership, mortgage terms, address, and documents. For a rental, also verify achievable rent.
Can I download the result as a PDF?+
Yes. You can create and download the PDF in your browser. Check all details and warnings before sending it to a client.
Who should use BytScore?+
Buyers, investors, and real-estate agents who want a transparent first-pass apartment screen before spending time on weak listings or client presentations.
