Monthly apartment costs without hidden double counting
One monthly number is useful only when you know what it contains. BytScore keeps the components separate and never presents an unknown item as zero.

Separate recurring components
Loan payment, building contributions, household consumption, insurance, and long-term reserve have different sources. Separate items are easier to verify and update.
Distinguish known and complete totals
A known subtotal can be shown immediately. If a non-negative cost is missing, complete monthly costs are at least as high as that subtotal.
Simple example
A 29,000 CZK mortgage, 4,500 CZK building costs, 5,000 CZK utilities, and a 2,000 CZK reserve give a known subtotal of 40,500 CZK. Unknown insurance means the complete total is higher.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the repair reserve separate?
Because it is not the same as the building's repair contribution. It is your model allowance for future repairs inside the apartment.
What if I do not know a cost?
Leave it unknown. The result shows the known part and flags that the complete total and decision require verification.
